Refund Policy
Forex Indicator sells digital files — indicators, expert advisors and trading bots — delivered directly to you by email or Telegram. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. This page explains the policy, the reasoning, and the few exceptions where we can still help.

2. Why we don't offer refunds
Our products are digital files protected by a licence tied to your trading-account number. Once we deliver the licensed file to your email or Telegram:
- The file is on your device and we have no technical way to revoke or recall access
- It may already have been installed, run, and used to place real trades
- Issuing a refund after delivery would expose us to abuse — buy, copy, refund
For these reasons, every subscription is sold on a strict no-refund basis. This is standard practice for software, courses and other immediately-delivered digital goods.
3. Statutory rights & waiver
In some jurisdictions (notably the EU under the Consumer Rights Directive), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. That right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, once you have:
- Expressly consented to immediate delivery before the 14-day period expires
- Acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result
By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you provide that consent and acknowledgement.
4. The exceptions
We will always try to make things right. The narrow situations where we may issue a refund or credit are:
- Double charge — if you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment-processor error, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
- Non-delivery — if we fail to deliver the file within 72 hours of payment confirmation and have not communicated a reason for the delay, you may request a full refund. Always check your spam folder and contact us first.
- Permanently broken product — if a product is fundamentally non-functional on a supported platform (MT4, MT5 or TradingView), and our support team cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we may issue a partial credit toward another product.
To request review under one of these exceptions, contact support@forex-indicator.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
If you open a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will:
- Suspend any active subscription tied to your account
- Provide the payment processor with our delivery proof, IP logs, terms-acceptance record and licence-issuance receipt
- Permanently blacklist the account from future purchases if the chargeback is judged fraudulent

6. Cancelling future renewals
Cancelling a recurring subscription is different from a refund. You can cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@forex-indicator.com or opening a ticket. Your current subscription will remain active until its expiry date, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
7. Before you buy
Because refunds aren't an option, we want you to be confident before you check out. We strongly encourage you to:
- Read the full product page, including all listed features and supported markets
- Visit our contact page and ask our team any pre-sales questions
- Start with our shortest subscription (e.g. 30 days) to evaluate before committing to a longer plan
- Use proper risk management — never risk capital you can't afford to lose
