Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any product offered by Forex Indicator. By placing an order, creating an account, or downloading any file from us, you agree to be bound by everything below.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and Forex Indicator ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting forex-indicator.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product or subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & subscriptions

Forex Indicator sells digital trading tools, including:

  • Indicators for MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and TradingView
  • Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5
  • Proprietary trading platforms and bots for cryptocurrency exchanges

All products are sold on a time-limited subscription basis (e.g. 30, 90 or 365 days) and licensed to a specific number of trading accounts as described on the product page. Delivery is digital — the licensed file is sent to your email or Telegram once payment is confirmed.

3. Trading risk & no profit guarantee

Trading in foreign exchange, contracts for difference, cryptocurrencies, indices and commodities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The high degree of leverage available in these markets can work against you as well as for you.

We make no guarantee of profit. Past performance, backtests and historical screenshots are not indicative of future results. You may lose part or all of your invested capital.

You acknowledge that you trade entirely at your own risk and should never invest money you cannot afford to lose. If you do not fully understand the risks involved, you should seek independent advice from a licensed financial advisor before using any of our products.

4. User responsibility

You alone are responsible for every trade placed on your account — whether it was executed manually, semi-automatically based on one of our signals, or fully automatically by one of our expert advisors. This includes responsibility for:

  • Position sizing, lot size and exposure on each trade
  • Setting and respecting your own risk-management rules
  • Configuring the indicator or EA correctly for your broker, account type and instrument
  • Choosing whether to act on a signal, ignore it, or close a position early
  • Any account-level event including margin calls, stop-outs, or full account liquidation
Misuse of our products is your responsibility. If you misconfigure an indicator, ignore your own risk-management rules, or use one of our EAs on an account size or leverage it was not designed for and your account is liquidated as a result, we cannot be held liable.

All of our products must be used in conjunction with a sound capital-management plan. We strongly recommend never risking more than 1–2% of your account on a single trade and using stop-loss orders on every position.

5. License & account limits

Each subscription grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased product on a defined number of trading accounts during the active subscription period.

  • You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute any licensed file
  • You may not bypass, reverse-engineer or modify the licence-protection system
  • Trading-account numbers must be provided at the time of delivery and may be changed once per subscription period, free of charge

Sharing a licensed file with any third party, including running it on a friend's or family member's trading account, voids the licence with no refund.

6. Payment, refunds & cancellation

We accept payment in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH on major networks) and by debit/credit card via Stripe in US dollars. Prices on the website include any payment-processor fees but exclude taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Refunds

All sales are final — no refunds. Because our products are digital files delivered to your email or Telegram, we cannot revoke or recall access once delivered. By purchasing, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content. See our full Refund Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@forex-indicator.com or opening a ticket. Your existing subscription will remain active until its expiry date — no further charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Forex Indicator, our website or any of our products in any way that:

  • Violates the law of your country of residence or any applicable international law
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person or entity
  • Distributes, resells, reverse-engineers, decompiles or modifies any of our licensed files
  • Manipulates markets, including but not limited to spoofing, layering, or wash-trading
  • Is intended to defraud a broker, a payment processor, or another user
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or networks
  • Uses our website to transmit malicious code, spam or unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in prohibited use, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Forex Indicator name, logo, product names ("Alpha Indicator" and others), source code, indicator logic, marketing copy, graphics and screenshots — is the exclusive property of Forex Indicator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a personal, limited licence to use the products as described in section 5. No other rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forex Indicator, its team, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, any of our products or services
  • Trading losses, including total loss of capital, on any account
  • Errors, interruptions, latency, or downtime of the website, broker servers, or exchange APIs
  • Any actions or decisions you take based on signals, screenshots or other content we publish

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific subscription giving rise to the claim, in the 30 days preceding the event.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
